Stress is a feeling that is generated within us when we tend to get influenced by our thinking process in a way that we feel that it is beyond us and that extra mile negatively influences our mind , our heart and our body . The mind-set limits is challenged and we often believe it is in excess and thus grade it as stress , actually it is just an extra destination which one needs to travel in the highway of life . At many point of time it is mostly our mind state of fatigue and the surrendering belief that the new challenge is beyond our ability. Honestly for the brave the stress is an unknown state , but then we are human and at some point we feel the need for rest when there are different perceived objectives awaiting our attention .
Multi Taker with a self-generated speed and higher efficiency is great at handling stress but then the extra when aimed to be crossed is the time when this dark shade clouds the mind and one feels mentally enervated .
Our mind demands rest but our reputation earned pushes us and the feeling of stress overpowers us . It’s a conflict between our aspirations and ability at any point of time. Some people have low thresholds and thus they experience stress earlier than many.
So when we finally recognise a situation as stressful, our mind and body reacts and evidently influences our entire set of organ systems - the heart, the digestive, the respiratory etc . These turbulences affects our efficiency and often causes a temporary or permanent breakdown as the case maybe .
Stress signs are the first indicator that warns us of possible burn out and the mind declares its inability to react healthily as it did before. Yes parental rearing, teaching and other exposures are important educators that enhances our stamina in reacting to General stress healthily, over a period of time they help us to multiply on our stamina and thus make us more efficient and capable to handle all challenges in times ahead.
Unfortunately many do not get the rich environment to learn and multiply their stamina to a healthy limit and feel stressed out to early and succumb to health deterioration in demanding circumstances.
The rearing at home over a long period of time does great wonders, I happily recall that the armed forces trained us for marathons over a long period of time and made us capable to run forty kilometres in one go, unimaginable got many. So I believe stress management can be trained but it needs to be well spread out in terms of variety and time.
Mental exercises and workshops on thought enhancement can do great wonders to enhancing the stress threshold. I certainly advocate these practices to train the generation next for challenging time ahead.
Yet the turbulence in work places needs the necessary treatment before beginning afresh to train for excellence, for first the loss to organisation due to absenteeism, poor team ability, burn out , prolonged lethargy etc needs on ground correction.

Written exchanges (acceptance and denial) - many a times individuals suffer from stress as their conflict within of acceptance or denial tends to be the source. Verbal statement expression is often a source of interpersonal misunderstanding. Written expression can be well drafted and appropriately express denial or acceptance.
