The聽automatic rotary cap compression moulding machine is applicable to the production of bottle caps made of thermoforming plastics (PP, PE, etc.). The rotary design can ensure the continuous production of the bottle cap without injection time, so the output is greatly improved. The machine uses a continuous compression molding hydraulic press to make the plastic cover by extruding dry mixed granular compounds (i.e. HDPE, PP), metering, granulating and inserting them into the cavity to shape them into the final shape. The capacity of the machine depends to a large extent on the properties of the composite materials and the geometry of the manufactured cover.

The automatic rotary cap compression moulding machine has the advantages of simple operation and accurate screw cap, which effectively improves the screw cap quality of the product. The later design is novel and unique, the mechanical torque control is intelligent, and the operation and adjustment are very convenient. The operator only needs to place the bottle cap on the material handling tray, and the bottle cap is automatically tightened when the bottle moves forward.
